SPR #5574 description
If the user first installs a CT License Manager for the network license and then, the user installs also the Administration Tool into the same machine with the License manager, the user cannot run Admin Tool after it has been successfully installed. Also on the very first attempt to run the Administration Tool, an error appear that the database server ain't defined even that the DB server was normally asked on the installation process.
I think this issue is caused because when the user modifies an existing CT installation by adding the Administration Tool in a license server, the installation does not prompt the user to define the license server machine at all so, any license server name won't be written into the registry during the installation.
