* CUSTOMTOOLS Subscription services provide you with technical support supplied by your local authorized CUSTOMTOOLS VAR. Support services include telephone assistance about product features, menu commands, installation issues, and troubleshooting. Additionally get automatic upgrades to current version of CUSTOMTOOLS software, including new releases and service packs. Email notification keeps you on top of important news, service requests, and the latest software updates.

The subscription service fee is invoiced from you before the next 12-month period begins. If the you wish to refrain from paying future service fees, you can terminate the subscription service to end after the current period by written notice at least 30 days before the start of the next period. If you terminate the subscription, no previously invoiced service fees will be returned by ATR Soft Oy to you. 

ATR Soft Oy reserves the right to update the subscription service fee. You will be informed at least 30 days before the beginning of the next period of any changes in the subscription service fees for the upcoming period.
