Symptom:
CustomTools database is not be possible to upgrade to CT2011SP3 version and error message is shown. This does not affect all customers or all environments.
Reason:
The reason is an error in the database management, when deleting a profile from the database, all necessary information was not removed. Upgrade does a check about the integrity of the database and does not allow upgrade on corrupted databases.
Resolution:
Database can be manually fixed and then it can be upgraded. Contact your reseller or CustomTools support in order to get information about the fix process“
