Bringing consistency to your design team
CustomTools is managed through profiles that are stored in the database, so that they can be used by the whole design team. One of the main advantages of using profiles is that it brings consistency to the design team, as the information is not typed over and over again; it also means that the design team is using the same set of information.
Also users are able to define some naming rules, which can be used by the design team, associating naming sequences to custom properties ensuring that everyone is using the same rules to name their files.
