Custom property values are incorrectly shown after upgrading to CustomTools 2011 SP2

When using CustomProperties pane certain letters are missing from beginning of custom property value. E.g. if description has a value "Frame body" CustomTools may display value as a "body".

Applies to:
CustomTools 2011 SP2 when using SolidWorks 2011 SP3 or later
Symptom:
When using CustomProperties pane certain letters are missing from beginning of custom property value. E.g. if description has a value "Frame body" CustomTools may display value as a "body". The value does not come dirty so clicking OK button in the CustomProperties won't modify value incorrectly.
Reason:
Reason for this is a problem in SolidWorks 2011 SP2 and earlier regarding handling of custom property values for mirrored components in API. This is fixed in SolidWorsk 2011 SP4 thus not affecting to CustomTools.
Resolution:
If you are encountering this problem and you have updated your CustomTools version to 2011 SP2 you can get rid of the problem by upgrading your SolidWorks installation to 2011 SP4 or later. If that's not possible for example you're currently running SolidWorks 2010 you can contact CustomTools support to request a hotfix. Hotfix contains one dll file that must be replaces in CustomTools installation folder. This problem is fixed in upcoming CustomTools 2011 SP3.
